An important piece to the development of Aging at Home – A Community Network is the Neighborhood Advisory Committee (NAC). Our NAC is comprised of local, experienced service providers and community leaders, who are passionate about the care and quality of life of senior citizens in Abington and Eastern Montgomery County. The NAC bring years of experience and expertise working with seniors and their insight has been invaluable to the development of the program—Thank you to our NAC members!
